4C of Southern Indiana, Inc. is able to work towards fulfilling the mission because of our funding partners. 4C is committed to providing quality services, thinking with innovation, and operating with the highest level of accountability. 4C sincerely thanks our funders for their financial support and for their belief in our mission.
The Welborn Baptist Foundation, Inc. has identified early childhood development as a key area to support in addressing root causes to life long challenges. With the support of the Welborn Baptist Foundation, Inc., 4C is able to support families with parenting classes and Parents as Teachers, and support providers with mentoring for unlicensed registered ministries and the Partnership for Quality Preschools.
4C provides child care resource and referral services, including Better Baby Care, IPICC, and Paths to QUALITY with support from Indiana Association for Child Care Resource and Referral under contract with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Department of Family Resources, Bureau of Child Care.
The Non Formal CDA program at 4C is provided with support from the Indiana Non Formal CDA Project through the Indiana Association for the Education of Young Children.
4C sponsors child homes, licensed centers, and unlicensed registered child care ministries on the Child and Adult Care Food Program with support from the Indiana Department of Education.
